In the 80s Elías Fattal started his career working as an electrical engineer employed of the main electrical utility in Caracas Venezuela, La Electricidad de Caracas (EDC), in the areas of Distribution System Planning & Special Customers Projects. Later in the 90s, La EDC hired few independent companies composed by former employees to undertake the growing demand of electrical energy distribution projects of that time, and so with the collaboration of other engineers with knowledge in the area of electrical energy distribution, Elías Fattal founded FEM & SIS INGENIERIA, C.A. in 1994, he also obtained training in Operations Management and Total Quality Management in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the State University of New York, USA during the early 90s; and later obtains a MSc. in Operations Research at Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV).

 

Based on extensive experience and training acquired of FEM & SIS INGENIERIA, during more than 20 years of continuous work in Venezuela, as a certified contractor of EDC and servicing several commercial and industrial areas as Shopping Malls, Water Pumping and Water Treatment Stations, Fuel Storage station, Iron and Steel, Pharmaceutical Industries and Hospitals, by one hand, and by the other hand using personal experience acquired by engineer Elias Fattal and collaborators, during 7 years of work for American's companies, in the areas of energy, physical security and fire alarm in Florida and other US states, the company FEM & SYS ELECTRICAL SERVICES LLC was created in the USA in 2023.
